About Us
Our Heartbeat
We exist to make a lasting impact through the life-changing power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ—beginning with our church family, reaching our local communities of Saxahaw, Eli Whitney, Swepsonville, Burlington, and Graham, extending across Alamance County, and touching lives around the world.
Our Mission
At Moores Chapel Baptist Church, we exist to BRING people to Jesus, DEVELOP them to Christ-like maturity and EQUIP them to serve the Lord in His church to the Glory of God. Our approach focuses on fostering spiritual growth, community connection, and serving the Lord with dedication and humility.

What people are saying...
"I love that the pastor preaches straight from the Bible. He knows how to break it down so that it is so easy to understand and easy to apply to my life."
-Kim J.
"I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was when I first started attending Moore's Chapel. Now that I've attended for over 10 months the people are still friendly. It wasn't an act. I attended Membership 101 and now I am ready to join the church and become a greeter so that I can show myself friendly to others also."
-Jordan H.
-Ricky
“When I first started attending at Moore's, I felt accepted for who I was without feeling judged. I am learning to trust God with all of my heart and not to lean on my own understanding because when I do, He will direct my paths."
